How to request deletion
Email support@kindercloset.co with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Send the request from the email address connected to your KinderCloset account when possible, and include your KinderCloset username if you have one.
We may ask for additional information to verify that you control the account. We will confirm when the request has been completed or contact you if we need more information.
What we delete
After we verify your request, we will close your KinderCloset account and delete the personal information associated with it, including child profiles, saved wardrobe plans, preferences, and account-linked activity.
Removing KinderCloset from your Facebook account does not by itself delete information already stored by KinderCloset. Please use the request process above so we can identify and delete the relevant account data.
Limited retention
Some limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements. Deleted information may also remain temporarily in protected backups until those systems cycle.
